Every toy is chosen by hand against three questions: will a child come back to it, does it work without a screen or a battery, and is it made well enough to survive being played with. If it fails any of those, we don't stock it.
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan in three to five working days, with cash on delivery everywhere and free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,500. Three to five working days anywhere in Pakistan. Remote areas can take a little longer, and we'll message you if yours will.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, everywhere in Pakistan. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Nothing is charged when you place the order.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes. Open it in front of the courier and check it. If it's the wrong item, damaged, or missing parts, refuse the parcel and pay nothing.
What are the delivery charges?
Rs. 200 flat anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders of Rs. 3,500 and above.
How do I get the 5% bank transfer discount?

What if I want to return something?
You have seven days from delivery. The toy needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through it.
How do I know a toy suits my child's age?
Every product page lists an age range, and you can shop by age from the menu. If you're still unsure, message us — we'd rather help you pick right.
Are the photos of the actual toy?
Yes. If you'd like to see the exact piece in stock before ordering, ask on WhatsApp and we'll send you a photo or a short video.
