SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE WE DELIVER
All over Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad,
Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and every city and town of Pakistan.

HOW LONG IT TAKES
3 to 5 working days from the day you order.

Karachi orders often arrive faster. Remote areas can take a day or two
longer. If your order is going to take longer than 5 days, we will message
you.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders above Rs. 3,500 — FREE delivery
Orders below Rs. 3,500 — Rs. 200 flat

No hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

CASH ON DELIVERY
Available everywhere in Pakistan. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

OPEN THE PARCEL BEFORE YOU PAY
You can open your parcel and check it before handing over any money.

Please tell us when you order so we can mark it on the parcel, or message
us on WhatsApp and we'll add the note.

Check that:
- It's the product you ordered
- Nothing is broken or missing
- All the accessories listed are in the box

If something's wrong, don't accept the parcel. Tell the courier and message
us straight away.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your parcel is dispatched we'll send you a tracking number by SMS or
WhatsApp. Message us any time and we'll check where it is for you.

BEFORE YOU ORDER - please make sure
- Your phone number is correct and switched on. Couriers call before
  delivering, and an unreachable number is the most common reason a parcel
  comes back to us
- Your address includes the area, nearest landmark and house or flat number
- Someone will be home to receive it.

DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Public holidays, strikes, weather and courier backlogs can slow things down.
We'll always tell you if we know your order is affected.
