How long will delivery take?
Three to five working days anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is Rs. 200 flat, and free on orders of Rs. 3,500 and above.
Once your parcel is dispatched we will send you the tracking details on WhatsApp.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes. Open it in front of the courier and check it. If it is the wrong item, damaged, or missing parts, refuse it and pay nothing.
If you have already paid and something is wrong, you have seven days to return an unused toy in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery is available everywhere in Pakistan — nothing is charged when you place the order.
